Every piece is handmade one at a time, so all sales are final. Custom sweaters are made to order and paid in full upfront, so please measure your dog carefully. Our yarn is small-batch and thrifted, so colors may vary slightly from the photos; color variation isn't returnable. Profits support 3percentclub.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our team is committed to making it right. Please contact customer support within seven days of delivery with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photographical documentation of the damaged item and packaging. Upon verification, a complimentary replacement will be processed immediately.
